Part Two:
1. Refunds on Products:
Unopened products may be returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
2. Hair Extensions Deposits:
Deposits for hair extensions are non-refundable and serve as a reservation for your appointment.
In case of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling should be done in a timely manner to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Please notify us promptly.
3. Late Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a fee applied to your next service or invoiced separately.
This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
4. Servicing Details:
Consultations: We provide a 15-minute consultation for all services to ensure clear communication and understanding of your preferences and expectations.
Inspiration Photos: Photos used for inspiration during consultations do not guarantee exact results. Results may vary based on individual factors such as hair type, condition, and styling techniques.

We accept Debit, Cash, and Major Credit Cards with the exception of Amex.

We Strongly advise to book your appointment 2-4 weeks for prior and to pre book your next appointments when you come in for your servicing.
