Part Two:

1. Refunds on Products:

  • Unopened products may be returned in their original packaging with a receipt within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.

2. Hair Extensions Deposits:

  • Deposits for hair extensions are non-refundable and serve as a reservation for your appointment.

  • In case of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduling should be done in a timely manner to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Please notify us promptly.

3. Late Cancellation Policy:

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a fee applied to your next service or invoiced separately.

  • This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.

4. Servicing Details:

  • Consultations: We provide a 15-minute consultation for all services to ensure clear communication and understanding of your preferences and expectations.

  • Inspiration Photos: Photos used for inspiration during consultations do not guarantee exact results. Results may vary based on individual factors such as hair type, condition, and styling techniques.

  • Guarantee: While we strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on hair condition, maintenance, and other variables.

We Strongly advise to book your appointment 2-4 weeks for prior and to pre book your next appointments when you come in for your servicing.
